1. What This Service Does

Work Tribunal generates professional Particulars of Claim documents for Employment Tribunal ET1 forms based on the information you provide. 3. Your Responsibilities

4. Who Can Use This Service
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must have a UK employment dispute
  • You must be the claimant or authorised to act on their behalf
5. Payment and Refunds

Prices: All prices in GBP including VAT. Payment via Stripe.

Cancellation: You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. However, by completing your purchase, you consent to the immediate delivery of your documents (digital content) and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the documents have been provided.

Refunds: As digital content is delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer automatic refunds. However:

  • Technical errors preventing document delivery will be fixed or refunded
  • Quality concerns — contact us within 7 days

You have the opportunity to preview a blurred version of the document before paying.

6. Intellectual Property

Your generated documents are yours to use for making your Employment Tribunal claim. You may not resell or redistribute them commercially.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for the outcome of your tribunal claim
  • We are not liable for losses from using the generated documents
  • Our total liability is limited to what you paid
